All options follow the same structured coaching philosophy.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching for individuals who want to learn boxing properly
with structure and clear progression.
Sessions focus on boxing fundamentals, correct movement,
stance and footwork, punch mechanics,
pad work, bag work, and technical coordination.
Training is adapted to each individual’s level and goals,
from foundational skill development to more advanced practice.
Personal Training — Pricing
Single Session — 2,300 THB
5 Sessions Package — 10,500 THB
10 Sessions Package — 20,000 THB
Personal Training — Policy
For bookings and inquiries:
• Session duration: 60 minutes.
• Sessions must be booked in advance.
• Single sessions are valid only on the booked date.
• 5-session packages must be completed within 2 weeks. (2–3 sessions per week)
• 10-session packages must be completed within 1 month. (2–3 sessions per week)
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations may count as a session.
• Packages are non-transferable.
