About Pouriya Boxing
A professional approach to boxing education and fighter development.
Coaching Philosophy
Boxing is not chaos, blind aggression, or uncontrolled intensity. It is a structured combat sport built on timing, precision, and decision-making under pressure. At Pouriya Boxing, training is designed around fundamental skill acquisition, progressive technical layering, and controlled intensity. Every drill, session, and training phase serves a clear purpose within a long-term development framework. The goal is not simply to perform movements, but to understand boxing — technically, tactically, and mentally — and to apply that understanding under real competitive conditions.
Professional Background
Professional Background
My involvement in combat sports began at an early age, growing within a family deeply rooted in martial arts and competitive sport. I started fighting from childhood and later became a member of the Iranian national team. During my competitive years, I transitioned into professional boxing and competed in multiple professional bouts, while also achieving international success across different combat sport disciplines. Alongside my fighting career, I developed a strong coaching pathway. Over the years, I have trained athletes from the earliest stages of development through to elite competition levels. This includes fighters who progressed from beginner stages to national teams, international tournaments, and Olympic-level pathways. For more than a decade, I have been coaching in Thailand, working closely with high-level fighters and training alongside elite international athletes. These experiences — both as a fighter and a coach — shaped a training philosophy centered on realism, structure, and long-term performance development.

From Philosophy to System
From Philosophy to System
All principles applied at Pouriya Boxing are organized into a structured training methodology. The Training System defines how athletes progress over time, how skills are layered and refined, and how technical, tactical, physical, and mental elements are integrated into one coherent framework.
